While it's unlikely you'll start Brown this week, there's probably a player on your roster that you will never start in any week.
Replace that guy with Bryce Brown.
The Eagles ran the ball 49 times on Monday night. Vick had 9 carries, McCoy had 31, and Brown had 9.
Is it obvious yet?
LeSean McCoy will not last carrying the ball 25+ times per game. Chip Kelly must be aware of this as well so look for Brown to split more time with LeSean McCoy, and steal carries from Vick as the season progresses.
If Kelly isn't going to balance the offense, McCoy is a lock to miss time. You'll want Brown in either scenario. Brown had two monster games while McCoy was out last year. In those contests he rushed for 178 and 169 yards respectively, and scored twice in both. He had some forgettable moments too, but he was also a rookie last year so we'll give him a little slack. If Chip Kelly is going to run the ball more than Andy Reid, he's going to use more running backs than Reid. Nab Bryce.
