NFL's Greatest Fantasy Football Franchises: Houston Texans No. 29
Ranking 29th out of a possible 32 isn't so bad when you take into consideration the Houston Texans have only been around for 12 years. What's even more surprising is that the NFL used to function with just 31 teams. We're not exactly sure how that worked, but we are sure that there were some stellar Texans that elevated the new guys in Houston to the 29th spot on our countdown.
