Paper Champions: The Phony Four and Oh.

Which team is phony at 4-0?

Andy Reid has Kansas City feeling some type of way. Reeboks on the faithful, Nikes on the dedicated.  Live it up Kansas City.

This ride doesn't last long.

Kansas City is a pretender at 4-0, and it starts with quality of opponents. They've picked up all four wins against teams with a combined win-loss record of 3-13.

WINS: Jaguars (0-4), Cowboys (2-2), Eagles (1-3), Giants (0-4).

Red Flag: The offense is struggling against teams that others have dominated.

At this point in the season, the Chiefs have looked solid on defense, and limited mistakes on offense. They're playing good, not great. The 4-0 start is the result of a favorable schedule that amounts to a who's who of NFL bottom dwellers. Kansas City happens to be better than bad and should revel in its improvement. It should also realize it hasn't arrived just yet.

Rabble Rabble: Paper Champions in Kansas City, they'll go 6-6 (at best) over the next 12.
