Complete NFL Power Rankings Through Week 3

Rankings through Week 3.

1. Seattle Seahawks
Goliath beat David. No change.

2. Denver Broncos
Peyton & Co. looked sharp against Oakland - but who doesn't?

3. Chicago Bears
5th LAST WEEK
Sending Pittsburgh to 0-3 at home is not as easy as the Bears made it look.

4. Cincinnati Bengals
6th LAST WEEK
Cincinnati has a dominant defense and a capable offense. That's one of the recipes for playoff success.

5. New Orleans Saints
8th LAST WEEK
New Orleans is keeping pace with the rest of the elite teams. A decisive win against Arizona confirms the Saints aren't getting lucky.

6. Miami Dolphins
9th LAST WEEK
The Dolphins are 3-0, but they'll need to improve their offensive output to make a deep playoff run. They currently rank 26th in total yards per game (319.3).

7. New England Patriots
10th LAST WEEK
A win against Tampa doesn't do much for the Pats overall ranking. The offense is slowly coming together despite the injured playmakers.

8. Indianapolis Colts
12th LAST WEEK
Sunday Stunday. The Colts capitalized on the injury to NT Ian Williams and a limited Aldon Smith. The Colts gashed the 49ers on the ground. Their defensive performance was equally impressive.

9. Atlanta Falcons
11th LAST WEEK
No shame losing to the Miami Dolphins on the road.  The Falcons are missing starters on both sides of the ball due to injury. Roddy is playing, but he's not healthy. Like the Patriots, this team will climb as their stars return.

10. Kansas City Chiefs
14th LAST WEEK
Defense, Check. Offense, we'll see. If there was ever a coming out party for the Chiefs' offense it should have been against the Eagles.

11. Dallas Cowboys
15th LAST WEEK
Dallas fed Demarco Murray and he responded with a touchdown and 203 yards on 29 touches.  If Murray can stay healthy and play half as well has he did on Sunday against St. Louis, the Cowboys are going places.

12. San Francisco 49ers
3rd LAST WEEK
Indianapolis at home was supposed to be a bounce back game after an embarrassing loss on the road in Seattle.  Instead it was another embarrassing loss. San Francisco looks very beatable when Smith, Willis, Williams and Davis are not on the field.

13. Baltimore Ravens
13th LAST WEEK
This team is still alive, but don't be fooled by Sunday's performance. The Ravens won't get that much help from their defense and special teams every week.

14. Houston Texans
4th LAST WEEK
The "gutsy" wins against San Diego and Tennessee now look like near-losses. The Texans have to answer some questions on offense.  Will they ever get it done with Matt Schaub?

15. Green Bay Packers
7th LAST WEEK
Green Bay has only beaten Washington. This team has a talented, but not unstoppable offense. The defense is weak. They'll need a win to stay relevant.

16. New York Jets
25th LAST WEEK
The Jets have beaten the mediocre teams and lost a winnable game against the Patriots. Keep an eye on gang-green. Geno is getting better every week.

17. Detroit Lions
20th LAST WEEK
A win on the road (without Reggie Bush) against a desperate Washington team is nothing to overlook. We'd still like to see a little more defense out of the Lions.

18. Tennessee Titans
24th LAST WEEK
The Titans are 2-1, but they haven't faced any tough teams. Jake Locker looked sharp against San Diego, but at this point who hasn't?

19. Buffalo Bills
17th LAST WEEK
A tough road loss to the Jets isn't too devastating. This team is still competitive. A rebound win against the Ravens at home would speak volumes about the direction this team is headed.

20. San Diego Chargers
19th LAST WEEK
The Chargers allowed Jake Locker to engineer a 4th quarter comeback with two minutes left and no timeouts. No defense in San Diego.

21. Carolina Panthers
29th LAST WEEK
The Panthers secured their first win of the season against the Giants in a game where Eli Manning was sacked 7 times.

22. Philadelphia Eagles
21st LAST WEEK
Chip Kelly's Eagles look a lot like Andy Reid's Eagles, but with more no-huddle. Same no-defense. Same turnover problems. Same result. Losing season in Philadelphia, mark it down.

23. St. Louis Rams
The Rams ran into a real defense this week. Thursday's contest against the 49ers could be interesting as both teams are reeling after forgettable Sunday Performances.

24. New York Giants
16th LAST WEEK
What can be said about the Giants that hasn't already been said about Afghanistan?

25. Cleveland Browns
30th LAST WEEK
Newsflash: Jordan Cameron is good. Brian Hoyer impressed in relief of the inept Wheeden. Don't sleep on Cleveland. They aren't playoff material, but they might not be in the running for Jadeveon Clowney either.

26. Washington
Washington didn't win this week, but this was the first game where they were competitive. RGIII looks better every week. They should pickup their first win in Oakland in week 4.

27. Arizona Cardinals
18th LAST WEEK
If Arizona wanted to make a case for being higher, they should've kept it closer against the Saints.  Even the garbage time offense didn't show up. They'll impress us with a win against a Buccaneers team at home that is in last resort mode.

28. Minnesota Vikings
22nd LAST WEEK
The Browns traded away their best player, started the third string quarterback and beat the Vikings at home. Minnesota gave up over 300 yards through the air in the process.  We feel bad for Adrian Peterson.

29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
27th LAST WEEK
A routine loss for Tampa. The offense can't move the ball, the defense gets fatigued and the Bucs lose. Rinse. Lather. Repeat.

30. Oakland Raiders
26th LAST WEEK
Nobody expected the Raiders to win, but they could have gained some points by keeping a divisional game close.

31. Pittsburgh Steelers
28th LAST WEEK
A home blowout loss to the Bears sent this team to 0-3. Still no offensive line in Pittsburgh.

32. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars are playing like indoor cats.
