The Carolina Panthers have a good chance to walk away with the NFC SOUTH in 2014. We're just not sure who we'd like on our fantasy team outside of the defense and Cam Newton. Food for thought: the Panthers don't need a lot of points to win games.

NFL's Greatest Fantasy Football Franchises: Washington No. 18
What to make of Washington's fantasy outlook in 2014? In our opinion it comes down to the play of Robert Griffin III - a relative unknown in our book. Despite coming into the league at the same time as megastars Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson, we don't see him in the same light and think he's overvalued in most fantasy circles. Washington hasn't had much fantasy-luck historically, and we'd advise you to give all of their players a second thought on draft day.

Ricky Williams first season with Miami was a career year. The former Heisman Trophy winner totaled 2,216 yards from scrimmage in 2002, and scored 17 times.

Picking up where Brian Hoyer left off, Jason Campbell proved that Brandon Wheeden has no business taking snaps for the Browns. This offense is talented and it seems like everyone not named Wheeden has found success operating in it. Take a chance on Campbell who lit up the Kansas City Chiefs in Arrowhead Stadium to the tune of 293 yards and two touchdowns. It could be a down week for Campbell in a divisional tilt against the Ravens, but he's worth a spot on your team if you have concerns at quarterback.

1. Josh McCown (CHI) WEEK 9 STARTER
It's rarely mentioned, but the Bears have quietly assembled one of the most talented offenses in football. Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jefferey, Martellus Bennet and Matt Forte are solid starts in just about all fantasy leagues. Josh McCown is no different. We don't think there is anything special about Jay Cutler, so don't expect much of a drop-off with McCown under center. The Bears are on a bye, so add this guy now and start him in Week 9.

Quarterbacks
1. Nick Foles (PHI) STARTER
Nick Foles' four touchdown performance in Sunday's contest in Tampa is nothing to sneeze at. The Bucs are 0-5, but their defense had been playing well, allowing just 17.5 points per game. Foles and the Eagles scored 31 on Sunday. He hasn't given the Eagles any reason to rush Vick back onto the field, and we wouldn't be surprised if he finishes the season as the Eagles starting quarterback.
2. Josh Freeman (MIN) HIDE N' WATCH
Josh Freeman is going to be the starting quarterback in Minnesota sooner than later. Now would be a good time to pickup the potential QB1. It's becoming clear that Tampa is the problem, not Josh Freeman. Tampa is no stranger to releasing talent. Notable Departures under Greg Schiano: Aquib Talib, LeGarette Blount, Michael Bennett (led SEA in Sacks before injury).
